This Code of Conduct defines the fundamental expectations and requirements applicable to all companies and individuals working with or on behalf of KrambergAI GmbH. The principles described in this document apply regardless of company size, industry or contractual structure and form the basis of our collaboration.
We expect all partners and suppliers to comply with, support and appropriately promote the standards set out in this document within their own organizations.

1. Compliance with Laws and Regulatory Requirements
Partners and suppliers are required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and official requirements. This includes, in particular, commercial, tax, labor, competition, environmental, export control, sanctions and data protection laws within the applicable jurisdictions.
We expect our partners and suppliers to conduct their business activities lawfully, transparently and responsibly. Any form of intentional legal violations, unlawful agreements, deception or misleading business practices will not be tolerated.
2. Integrity and Responsible Business Conduct
Integrity, fairness and professional conduct form the foundation of every business relationship.
Partners and suppliers are expected to make business decisions exclusively on objective, transparent and justifiable criteria. Bribery, corruption, manipulation, improper advantages or any form of unethical influence are prohibited.
Gifts, invitations or other benefits may only be granted within customary and reasonable business practice and must never serve to improperly influence decisions or create dependencies.
We expect transparent business relationships and responsible handling of economic interests and decision-making processes.
3. Conflicts of Interest
Partners and suppliers are required to disclose actual or potential conflicts of interest without undue delay.
Conflicts of interest may arise where personal, family, financial or commercial interests could impair objective decision-making or independent cooperation.
All actions and decisions must always support the proper and professional execution of contractual obligations.
4. Data Protection and Confidentiality
The protection of confidential information and personal data is of high importance.
Partners and suppliers undertake to adequately protect all confidential information, trade secrets, technical information, access credentials, contractual documents and personal data and to use such information solely for the intended purposes.
Personal data may only be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, where applicable, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG).
Where legally required, appropriate Data Processing Agreements must be concluded.
Confidentiality obligations shall continue to apply beyond the duration of the business relationship.
5. Information Security and IT Security
Information security is an integral part of every professional cooperation, regardless of whether sensitive data is processed.
Partners and suppliers must implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect systems, data and communication channels against loss, misuse, manipulation or unauthorized access.
This includes, in particular:
- maintaining current security standards,
- regular maintenance and security updates,
- access restrictions,
- secure password policies,
- encryption of appropriate communication channels,
- controlled access procedures,
- traceable security measures.
Security incidents, suspected breaches or vulnerabilities affecting joint projects or data must be reported without undue delay.
6. Responsible Use of Digital Systems and Artificial Intelligence
We expect partners and suppliers to use digital technologies and AI-based systems responsibly.
AI systems must not be used for unlawful, discriminatory, deceptive or abusive purposes. Automated outputs, analyses or generated content must be professionally reviewed and may not be used as unchecked binding decision-making foundations.
The use of AI must remain transparent, controllable and compliant with applicable legal requirements.
7. Labor and Social Standards
Partners and suppliers commit to respecting fundamental human rights and fair working conditions.
We expect safe working environments, lawful employment relationships, appropriate compensation and respectful treatment of employees.
Discrimination, harassment, exploitation, forced labor, child labor or other human rights violations will not be tolerated.
Compliance with applicable labor laws and basic social standards is considered a minimum requirement.
8. Sustainability and Environmental Responsibility
We expect responsible and resource-conscious handling of environmental resources and materials.
Partners and suppliers should strive to reduce environmental impact, use energy and materials efficiently and comply with applicable environmental regulations.
We view sustainability as a continuous improvement process requiring long-term thinking, responsible decision-making and ongoing development.
9. Quality and Professional Cooperation
Partners and suppliers commit to reliable, professional and technically sound performance.
Services and products must comply with agreed requirements and recognized professional standards. Risks, delays, deviations or problems must be communicated transparently and at an early stage.
We expect respectful, solution-oriented cooperation and a willingness to continuously improve processes and workflows.
10. Communication and Transparency
Open, honest and transparent communication is an essential component of professional cooperation.
Relevant information must be provided completely, accurately and in a timely manner. Decisions, changes or risks affecting joint projects must be communicated at an early stage.
Documentation, coordination and relevant processes should be designed in a transparent and traceable manner to ensure reliability and clarity.
11. Subcontractors and Third Parties
Where partners or suppliers involve subcontractors or additional third parties in joint projects, they remain responsible for the selection, management and compliance of such parties with this Code of Conduct.
We expect relevant requirements of this document to be appropriately communicated and implemented throughout the supply chain.
12. Reporting of Violations
Any indications of potential violations of legal requirements, security obligations or this Code of Conduct should be reported without undue delay.
Reports will be treated confidentially and reviewed objectively. Our goal is transparent clarification and the joint development of appropriate corrective and improvement measures.
13. Consequences of Violations
Violations of this Code of Conduct may impair the basis of cooperation.
Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, we reserve the right to take appropriate measures. Such measures may include discussions, corrective actions, additional security requirements, restrictions of cooperation or, in severe cases, termination of the business relationship.
Our general objective is to maintain constructive and sustainable cooperation and to jointly improve processes and standards.
14. Final Provisions

We expect our partners and suppliers to acknowledge, support and appropriately promote the principles described herein within their own organizations.
Where contractual agreements contain stricter requirements, such provisions shall prevail.
